A model that we have been selling since the beginning of 2021 is new and improved. Although we were very satisfied with our V1 model, we tried to make it even better.

At the moment the biggest difference is the gearing. The V1 model had 49 teeth and the updated version now has 53. The gearing is not the only thing that has changed, we also tackled the anodization. To get the best finish, we started looking for an external anodiser. In the end we opted for the Dutch company Nederlandse Anodising, which introduced the anodising process in the Netherlands in 1936. With their many years of experience, we are very happy with the end result. We have opted for the hard anodising process to make our products more resistant to wear and scratches.

Our "Gatenkaas" is based on old-fashioned weight saving techniques. In the past when people wanted to save weight, they just drilled a lot of small holes in it. This has given us the inspiration to design this model.

We as BOX14 transport our products with the following companies: PostNL, UPS and DPD.

The delivery time of course depends on the final destination. Within Europe the delivery time is between 4 and 10 working days. International Shipping 4 to 12 working days, this of course depends on the supplier.

We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you still want to return it, you have 5 working days to change your mind. We will only accept them back if they are unused. Possible return costs are for the buyer.

Warranty

Warranty is always an annoying subject, all this occurs means that we have made someone unhappy with our product. Our products are made by a high-quality manufacturer, after each step of the production process, the products are manually checked for any manufacturing defects. when an error occurs, it will be updated or the product will not be sold. We are responsible for the quality of our products, which is why we do not hide behind legal formalities. BOX14 provides a one-year warranty against premature critical wear on each product. This only applies if the products have been used for their intended purpose and are regularly maintained. You also get a 1-year warranty on errors made during production, as well as material defects. Since we cannot control the use of our products, we are not responsible for accidents.
